Reinstalled - puter says the Edge 705 was not ejected proper

Morning, guys

This might be a general problem or specific to me.

I had a puter freeze (rare) but the original Ascent program disappeared. The blokes at Montebello (nice people) gave me the code and I was up and running again.

Now, when I ask the Edge to synch with the program, I get a message that the Edge was not correctly ejected last time. I make a point of properly ejecting but I admit I might have been at fault.

The point is that I now cannot pass data to the Edge.

A solution is urgently sought.
