My favourite route last year was to Manigod and La Clusaz, better known for their skiing and included , I am reliably informed, a hill that was in the 2004 Tour. The route can be found at http://files.me.com/mstubbsegginton/miyky2
This year I am building up with a run I call Tour du Semnoz, Le Semnoz being the local "hill" . The summit is at 1700m (5600ft) and there is a road to the top- I am building up to that one.
